Alum Works solid covers can be installed on top of an existing structure or we can build you a beautiful brand new patio cover, top to bottom.

The roof panels are custom aluminum paneling sandwiching a thick foam core of insulation. You can either have 3” or 4” of insulation with a solid cover, but the standard is the 3” insulation.

Why would you choose an insulated solid cover over a simple flat pan aluminum cover? There are several reasons, one being that these covers decrease noise caused by rain on the aluminum by cushioning the impact of any precipitation.
